We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join our dedicated team in our Warrington headquarters.
The role
As an Assistant Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly. From coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, you’ll be at the heart of the action.
Location: Warrington and site based
Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Site Manager/Contracts Manager
* Supporting the day to day running and operations on site
* Supporting the management of construction on the project and liaising with sub-contractors
* Monitoring health & safety, program and quality using CGI policies and procedures
* Coordinating with a range of professionals i.e. Designers, Consultants
* Ensuring delivery of the project onsite to a high quality
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong construction knowledge
* Teamwork and Commitment
* First Aid Trained
