What You’ll Be Doing: Taking full ownership of your own projects, working from detailed 3D design drawings (Inventor) Selecting your own timber and managing builds from start to finish Crafting high-quality cabinetry and furniture with precision and care Collaborating with the design team to ensure room-to-room integration Operating a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools Maintaining a tidy, organised, and safe working environment Upholding high standards of finish, accuracy, and workmanship What They’re Looking For: A motivated and experienced cabinet maker who can work independently Strong attention to detail with a commitment to top-quality results Proven ability to interpret design drawings and turn them into reality Confidence working with a range of wood types and finishes A good communicator with a strong work ethic and a team-first mindset Preferred Background: Solid experience in cabinet making, joinery, or fine woodworking Familiarity with custom and high-end residential furniture projects Comfortable working from CAD/3D models (Inventor experience a bonus, not essential) Based within reach of North Cornwall, or open to relocating to this relaxed coastal area What’s on Offer: Competitive pay up to £17.00 per hour (depending on experience) Long-term, stable opportunity with real potential for growth Supportive and collaborative workshop culture Access to high-spec tools, machinery, and materials The chance to work on genuinely interesting, design-led projects
