I am working on behalf of a national conveyancing team who are looking to hire a fully remote conveyancer to join their team. The successful candidate will independently manage a caseload of approximately 100 files, handling freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered, and shared ownership transactions.
Alongside a competitive salary and benefits package, this role comes with an outstanding and highly lucrative bonus scheme of up to £15,000 with most fee earners averaging circa £10,000+.
The successful Conveyancer will be managing a substantial caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties, until such time as your manager deems it appropriate to increase your portfolio of cases.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Proven experience managing high-volume residential conveyancing files.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desirable:
* Experience mentoring junior team members.
* Familiarity with Visual Files & Practice Manager systems.
