The Role:
This full-time position (40 hours) offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a positive and forward-thinking team working in education. The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
Societies, Extracurricular Activities, Campus Life, and Day Trips:
* Plan and coordinate a range of social, sports, and cultural activities both on and off campus.
* Organise and lead presentation of activity options to students at the start of each semester.
* Ensure smooth communication regarding these activities.
* Supervise students volunteering for societies and other extracurricular activities.
* Accompany students on day trips, which may require working on some Saturdays.
* Be proactive in organising events related to the student programmes.
* Serve as the Chair of the Student Experience Committee.
* Help with daily life of campus when required: reception cover, examination invigilation, etc.
Feedback Process and student survey:
* Manage the election of class representatives.
* Organise logistics and take minutes for class rep meetings.
* Develop and distribute feedback forms for each module.
* Compile and analyse feedback, creating detailed reports for the team and individual lecturers.
Summer and Winter Sessions:
* Oversee the entire process for winter sessions (December).
* Oversee preparation and promotion of the summer sessions (June/July).
* Manage communication regarding session details.
* Handle student enrolment efficiently (communication with home schools, international partners, payment follow-up…).
* Welcome students on their first day and serve as their main point of contact throughout the session.
Scheduling:
* Plan and maintain the schedule of classes, intakes, exams, and optional activities. (training to our specific software will be provided).
* Resolve timetable issues and make best use of the campus resources.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with professional service staff and academic staff to support the development of the teaching timetable and with the aim of enhancing student experience.
We expect the person to be flexible and willing to take on tasks outside of the usual scope of work as needed to support the team and organisational goals.

Person Specification:
Essential:
* Compliance: Proof of ability to work and live in the UK.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff.
* Enthusiastic about enhancing student life and creating a supportive campus environment.
* Ability to use internal software for class scheduling.
Desirable:
* B2 level in French.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Previous experience in student services or a similar role.
