Description
1. Coordinating and managing the successful delivery of a wide range of digital marketing campaigns for clients across various sectors.
2. Coordinating the efforts of internal teams to continually deliver value for clients and maximise impact on their businesses.
3. Managing client and stakeholder expectations throughout the full lifespan of campaigns by effectively communicating performance updates alongside commercial insights.
4. Building trusted relationships with client contacts, understanding market and business needs, and proactively identifying new opportunities that drive growth.
5. Owning budget management from estimating to invoicing (via Accounts) and monitoring time utilisation, ensuring all information is recorded accurately in the CRM system.
6. Ensuring Service Orders are agreed and POs are raised and supplied in a timely manner.
7. Assessing client satisfaction and actioning changes where necessary.
Minimum Requirements
1. A minimum of two years' experience in a client-facing or strategic role, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
2. Experience working with digital marketing channels including PPC and SEO.
3. A friendly style and natural ability to build trusted relationships.
4. An aptitude for solving problems and confidence to influence and engage in decision-making process.
5. Outstanding communication skills.
6. Excellent organisation skills; able to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple clients.
7. Great commercial and analytical skills, able to articulate insights clearly and confidently.
8. A strong desire to learn by continually training and pursuing personal development opportunities.
9. A great attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit.
10. A passion to train and share skills with other team members and departments.
