Quality Assurance Coordinator We’re looking for a detail-focused Quality Assurance Coordinator to join a new team supporting insurance businesses across Connells Group. In this role, you’ll ensure Good Repute Checks are completed for individuals conducting insurance activities and that all policies, including the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) Framework, are followed and monitored. If you have a keen eye for compliance and enjoy working in a structured environment, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Of a Quality Assurance Coordinator Include Complete and monitor Good Repute Checks to ensure compliance with the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) Framework. Manage and update records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is held for all staff. Respond to queries professionally via telephone and email, providing clear and accurate information. Escalate IDD concerns in line with company policies and procedures. Chase and track outstanding documents to ensure all required checks are completed on time. What can we offer you?
