The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to engage with customers and stakeholders in the creation and delivery of end-to-end solutions necessary to meet the customer accounts competitive and financial, goals and challenges. This will include meeting with customers and stakeholders to represent SearchFlow, understand customer needs gathering and documenting requirements and presenting back possible solutions.
The Legal Technology Consultant will work with the SearchFlow Sales, Product and Technical teams to propose, develop and implement solutions in accordance with the customers’ requirements.
The role will involve:
12. Liaising with sales and customers to build intimate customer knowledge of selected accounts by understanding their business model, including vision, strategy, short and long-term needs, financial model and equipment resources.
13. Building relationships with key customer stakeholders in selected accounts to leverage influence to ensure that SearchFlow is a key provider of domain related solutions.
14. Assisting with the creation of account strategy for all Landmark solutions related to nominated account(s).
15. Identifying opportunity for domain related solutions for the nominated account and obtain full collaboration of sales stakeholders, internal product groups and external partners as necessary to meet the needs of the selected account(s).
16. Analysing and documenting the business requirements for the solution so that it is fully understood by internal and external stakeholders.
17. Presenting possible solutions to customers and internal stakeholder when needed.
18. As and when required provide training or explanations to junior members of staff to assist with their understanding of the legal and business process aspects of the solution.
19. Providing escalated business support to internal stakeholders to assist in answering business or conveyancing process queries related to the solution and wider product suite.
20. Maintaining expert knowledge of the residential and commercial conveyancing process, legal software market and the broader property and legal industry.
21. Increasing Landmarks’ market share within the selected account(s) based on anticipating and exceeding customer expectations.
22. Assisting with the conveyancing technical / domain element of complex new business opportunities and propositions.
23. Assisting with the business interaction and definition of complex solutions being delivered through professional service or external partnerships.
About You
It is essential that you have either a qualification in commercial conveyancing and/or significant equivalent professional experience.
You will also have/be:
24. Experience working with customers to deliver bespoke solutions including requirements capture, support, and training
25. An inquisitive nature and a desire to understand and resolve complex problems
26. Someone who gains trust and credibility quickly in higher executive level customer interaction
27. Someone who proposes integrated solutions linked to customers’ needs
28. Exceptional active listening skills (e.g., summarizing, paraphrasing and reflecting) to confirm understanding
