Clarus Education are on the hunt for hardworking and inspirational Behaviour Support Mentors to join a fantastic Primary School in Enfield. With pupils from a range of backgrounds, the SENCo is seeking the support of proactive Behaviour Mentors this year to support across the EYFS, KS1 or KS2 supporting pupils with behavioural difficulties.

Role:
1. Behaviour Mentor – EYFS, KS1 and KS2
2. Work alongside the SENCo
3. Provide 1:1 & small group support to students with EAL & mild SEN
4. Work closely with students who have challenging behaviours
5. Plan & deliver booster sessions
6. Run social & emotional interventions
7. Full time (Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00)

9. ASAP 2024 start
10. £85 - £100 per day

11. 1st Class/ 2:1-degree Graduates ideal
12. Dedicated & committed individuals
13. You MUST be hardworking and willing to tackle challenges head-on
14. Previous behaviour-related experience is required
15. Understanding of working with young people
