About the Role The Digital Success Executive oversees the rollout of lead management tools at exhibitions, including project management, understanding customer needs, analyzing past event performance, and setting lead management goals. This role requires attending exhibitions, managing suppliers, and gathering customer feedback. The executive works closely with the Head of Customer Success, Senior Digital Success Executive, and the Customer Success team. Responsibilities Set Up - Set Up and Configuration of lead manager App, Collect & Offers Planning - Project Management for deployment shows - Lead Event Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Martech and Operations, coordinating efforts to ensure skills and resources are in place for a best practice deployment - Coordination with Customer Success to ensure pre-show support translates into onsite success - Coordination with Product Team/Martech for technical support Deployments - Responsible for on-site deployment (even if not on site) - Work closely with 3rd party providers (print, onsite management and staffing) Analysis and Review - Ensure robust and consistent multi-disciplinary post show review is completed - Ensure product roadmap is influenced by results and lessons learnt Best Practice - Develop best practice planning and deployment process with continuous improvement - Ensure all aspects of deployments are templated as far as possible from marketing comms through to on site operations. - Identify the most effective customer journey to maximise trial and engagement rates and ensure it is adhered to. - Only permit variations from best practice where it is a measurable and structured experiment. - Develop variations of best practice when required for different customer or show groups (e.g. features) - Help define experiments and copy from other deployments to increase the opportunities to enhance customer engagement and value Requirement - Experience working within the events industry - Experience working closely with product owners - Experience utilising digital platforms and CRMs - German language is preferred but not essential - Degree in marketing/ business or equivalent work experience Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
