Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for an efficient administrator to support within our Community Division clinical teams. The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and people skills, be computer literate and have the ability to work with limited supervision. The post holder will provide a comprehensive and high-quality administrative support service and be expected to deliver excellent customer care. The post holder will have the ability to support with call handling whilst remaining professional, empathetic and understanding to service users. This is a community clinical support role, there is an expectation for the successful candidate to be flexible and support across the Community Division. Main duties of the job To provide robust administrative and clerical support to our School Health Team; and wider admin teams when required. Ensure the delivery of the quality strategy within the designated area, incorporating establishment of systems and processes. The role is varied, working within skill mix teams, where excellent communication and keyboard skills are essential. Duties include maintaining electronic records within the boundaries of the role, making and answering telephone calls and queries from patients/carers and health professionals in a clear, concise and professional manner. Excellent IT and keyboard skills and general office duties, including confidential filing, ordering of goods, scanning and photocopying of sensitive information. The post holder may be required to work at other locations to ensure equitable service delivery; therefore you will need the ability to travel across the Trust for work purposes when required.
