You will initially undertake a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship. This will provide you with a solid foundation to progress to a future career in management. During the first year, your responsibilities will be: Providing exceptional customer service via the telephone and via written communication to both our UK and European customer base. Providing administrative support to your team, departments and branches Updating internal databases and systems with a commitment to attention to detail Building internal and external relationships and communicating on a variety of levels Qualifications A customer first mentality with great communication skills both verbally and written Must speak fluent French or have/ predicted minimum Grade B, A-Level French Good PC skills High level of attention to detail Enjoy working as part of a team Organisation skills Enthusiastic and willing to learn A Levels or equivalent would be advantageous Must be able to commute to our Aldershot office and Farnborough College of Technology Additional Information Regardless of your socio-economic and educational background, Enterprise will always look at how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
