Account Manager, reporting to the Account Director, serving as the architect of the client journey, skilled in managing and measuring the collective delivery of the Coffee client experience to our client base.
Accountabilities

Responsibilities
* Establishing and incorporating standards and measures throughout the entire client journey to enhance quality and ensure consistent client satisfaction.
* Support the creation and implementation of the Coffee client experience.
* Inspiring and leading a team of skilled Account Executives.
* Tracking and analysis of the performance of our client portfolio activity, using performance metrics to identify opportunities.
* Reporting and management of internal business and performance metrics and measures.
* Ensuring client knowledge is developed to the highest standard across the team, enabling them to apply their client expertise in every client interaction.
* Manage assigned client portfolios, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
* Unify internal teams around the end-to-end client journey to continually evolve and exceed the client's expectations.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform internal stakeholders as well as client strategies.
* Continually assess and grow the skills and knowledge of the Accounts team.
* Support the Account Director in acquiring new business including the on-boarding experience of new clients.

Operations Manager - Reporting / operational continuous improvement within the accounts function / Costings strategy /
SME’s - Scheduling and delivery of projects
Requirements:
We're looking for a strategic, results-driven professional who excels at building strong client relationships, managing projects, and leading teams. The ideal candidate will have a great mix of commercial awareness, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of agency operations to help drive success for our clients.
What we're looking for:
* At least 3 years proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar role in an agency environment.
* Strong ability to manage client relationships and ensuring business goals are met.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven ability to oversee complex projects, balance multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results.
* A strong understanding of design, digital, and creative services, with the ability to turn client needs into strategic solutions.
* Highly organised, proactive, and results-oriented in problem-solving.
* Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* A degree-level education.
