Job summary The Director of Operations & Performance will support the Chief Operating Officer in the delivery of delegated responsibilities to ensure that the operational management of clinical services are delivered safely, are based on evidence, meet the requirements of commissioners and, as a minimum meet, exceed the expectation of patients.
