I have an exciting opportunity, to support my client on a seasonal contract, with the potential of becoming permanent!
Day to Day of a Customer Service Advisor–
* Provide excellent service via email and telephone, handling queries and processing changes as instructed by the account holder.
* Issue documents, relevant to any changes that have been made.
* To rectify and understand any complaints and dissatisfaction from customers and resolving this with an appropriate manner.
Requirements for the Customer Service Advisor role –
* Proven call centre experience, or within a similar setting.
* Strong attention to detail and able to work well under pressure.
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
* A quick learner, who is able to adapt to change quickly.
Details of the Customer Service Advisor role –
* Monday – Friday 09:00-17:30
* Every other Saturday 09:00 – 13:00 (Day off in the week lieu)
* £11.50 - £12 P/H PAYE
* Parking onsite.
* Contract throughout the whole of December, with the potential of becoming permanent.
