Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Coordinator. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Duties:
1. Coordinate production schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of products
2. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and resources for production
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of materials
4. Track and report on production progress, identifying any potential issues or delays
5. Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies
6. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to production activities
7. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards
8. Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any production-related issues
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a relevant field is a plus
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
