IT Services Manager - ITSM ITIL
Evesham Hybrid working Evesham office 3 days a week
To £70,000 + car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare
Our client is a market leading medium sized company, with global offices, and its significantly investing in its technology to improve efficiency, productivity and competitive edge. This will lead to a step change in IT service delivery and performance which you will lead as IT Services Manager.
Reporting to the CIO, as IT Services Manager, youll review and implement new IT Service Management (ITSM) & Delivery standards to maximise the value of the IT investment. This is across the Service Desk, Infrastructure, Desktops and application support services first in the UK then for the global offices, and you will:
Review existing and identity a new service delivery model
Lead and coach the service delivery & service desk to implement new processes and prioritisation in line with ITIL
Building a high performance, service driven team with an embedded culture of continuous improvement
Own the ITSM tool and the decision to retain the current one or select new one
Improve prioritisation and enable self service
Lead IT procurement (networks, infrastructure, desktop, devices, desktop applications) ensuring cost effective sourcing of IT assets and services.
Set up a vendor framework to measure vendor management and performance
Improve change control / management and communication that impacts IT service delivery
Governance and risk management
IT provisioning management and service delivery
Oversee and optimise key IT systems including Azure, O365, enterprise cloud, collaboration tools, cyber security systems and mobile device management
Managing IT Infrastructure, networks ensuring maximum uptime and performance
For new applications / business systems, ensure support requirements are considered before go-live and support services delivered post go-live.
Bring innovation and continuous improvement of services
Ensure services align with business needs and be accountable for service performance
Longer term, once the new service delivery is established globally, youll be encouraged to contribute to IT Projects, change, other IT initiatives and your ideas will always be welcome.
ABOUT YOU
Wed like to hear from you if you have experience of:
Leading IT Services ITSM or IT support in an ITIL environment
Delivering improvements to IT service management and delivery
Leading a team with the ability to inspire
Coaching the service desk on ITIL & on all aspects of their job function
Vendor engagement, outsourcing and optimisation of service provision
Best practice and component of IT Service Management / ITSM
Delivering process change and experience of governance / risk management
Azure, O365, cloud, Desktop, infrastructure, desktop, firewalls, email security
Stakeholder management and relationships building skills
ITIL certification would be beneficial.
Location: Evesham, Worcestershire Hybrid working Office 3 days per week / home working 2 days per week
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + car allowance + healthcare + bonus + pension
