Role Information Duties Deliver a timetable of teaching, learning, and assessment as agreed with your Tutor Delivery Manager. Undertake qualification delivery planning in collaboration with team members, compliant with external requirements. Provide support systems to facilitate positive retention, achievement, and progression. Complete all E-registers in a timely manner to required standards. Monitor attendance and performance of learners, reporting effectively to management. Address learner requirements quickly and effectively. Ensure a positive learner experience and timely achievement in teaching, learning, and assessment. Complete individual learning plans and progress reviews tailored to individual learner requirements, including setting smart targets. Timely completion of assessment and documentation to meet awarding body, audit, and organizational requirements. Submit portfolios for interim and summative verification and work with the IV for quality improvement. Engage in learning and development activities for the job role, maintaining a CPD record. Contribute to learner disciplinary action requirements when appropriate. Attend standardisation and team meetings at designated centres to develop team and individual performance. Promote and ensure safe working practices and safeguarding of learners according to current Health and Safety legislation and LCG's Safeguarding and Prevent policies.
