Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking an English-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Dover on a 6-month fixed-term contract, which could lead to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers via calls, emails, and webchat
* Make bookings and respond to customer inquiries
Qualifications & Skills:
* Positive and confident attitude
* Customer-focused mindset
* Experience in a contact centre is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
Additional Information:
This role is based in Dover and requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
