1. Handling, managing, and maintaining legal paperwork
2. Maintaining accurate records and data, both electronically and in hard copy
3. Carrying out legal research, audits, and due diligence, as requested
4. Preparing court documents with accuracy
5. Transcribing legal documents precisely
6. Traveling, as requested, to ensure client and team coordination
Requirements for the role:
1. Experience working as a Legal Secretary
2. High proficiency in legal secretary duties
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills
4. Excellent IT and typing skills
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage personal workload
