We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive business and personal support to a dynamic CEO and Entrepreneur who operates at the forefront of multiple industries, including technology, hospitality, film production and more. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the CEO's busy and complex schedule, which spans multiple time zones. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while prioritising and gatekeeping requests for optimal time management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion. Your support will extend to coordinating various projects across different business interests, assisting the CEO in tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met. Additionally, you will prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings and events while conducting relevant research on topics of interest. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for organising and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences, managing all logistical details, and performing a wide range of personal tasks when requested. Your efforts will enable the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives and drive business growth. This role is based in the vibrant West End offices, with the expectation of in-office attendance four days a week from 9am-5.30pm and the opportunity to work from home on Fridays. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA • At least 5 years of proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting HNW individuals or entrepreneurs • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism and discretion • Proficiency in using various software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management applications • A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaboratively within the existing team • A high degree of flexibility and adaptability to tackle any and all business and personal projects with a calm demeanour in high-pressure situations • Personable and motivating to ensure the upkeep of office morale • Based in London with the right to work in the UK • Excellent, verifiable references
