Job Description Lead Veterinary Surgeon – Pudsey Are you an experienced vet looking to step up into a leadership role? We’re searching for a highly skilled Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our supportive and long-established team Why Join Us? We're looking for someone who not only has experience in the UK and excellent communication skills but also enjoys mentoring junior vets and understands practice finances with a drive to help grow the practice. The Role: You should be confident in all routine surgeries and have advanced experience in soft tissue and orthopaedic procedures, including cruciate surgery, which we do in-house. While holding a surgical certificate is ideal, we’re open to vets with other certifications. You’ll also be expected to practice evidence-based medicine to provide the best care possible for our patients. Hours and Location: This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am-4pm) and no out-of-hours or bank holiday work, ensuring a great work-life balance.
