Job Description:
Permanent opportunity to join our client who are a well-established thriving and very successful estate agents based in Newent. Due to continued growth and business success, they are currently looking to recruit a full-time Property Maintenance Administrator to join the existing supportive and friendly team on a permanent basis.
Whilst office and admin skills will be key for this role, previous experience in the property industry is not necessary as full training on the role and processes will be provided. As you will be attending in-person visits at client properties, it is essential that you maintain a professional appearance and have your own car and driving licence.
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting inventory checks of properties for tenants’ arrival and departure.
2. General office administration.
3. Handle email and phone correspondence, and enquiries from walk-in clients.
4. Carry out periodic property inspections and send relevant reports to landlords.
5. Assist with the deposit return process.
6. Assist the wider team with managing the current property portfolio.
7. Handle landlord and tenant enquiries.
8. Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Candidate Attributes:

2. Full driving license and own car

5. Ability to keep calm under pressure
Salary: Confidential (able to disclose upon application)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm + one half day Saturday a month 9am – 12.30pm
