The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, youll be the strategic partner for key clients:ensuring they receive maximum value from our suite of AML tools. Youll be responsible for driving revenue growth through upsell opportunities and achieving best:in:class client retention.
Youll create and deliver tailored success plans, build deep client relationships (including regular face:to:face engagement), and act as a trusted advisor on AML compliance. Working closely with sales, product, and marketing, youll lead data:led client campaigns and shape the future of the customer experience.
What Youll Be Doing

Manage a portfolio of high:value clients with a focus on retention, growth, and long:term success

Lead solution:focused discussions with stakeholders at all levels

Identify and proactively mitigate churn risks
*
Plan and execute strategic client meetings and quarterly business reviews
*
Collaborate with sales teams on onboarding new clients to ensure a seamless experience
*
Drive internal initiatives across sales, marketing, and product to support client success
*
Stay up to date with industry trends, particularly in RegTech and AML regulation
*
Champion best practices and contribute positively to the wider Customer Success team
What Were Looking For

Proven success in a commercial Customer Success or Account Management role
*
Background in Financial Services or a regulated environment
*
Strong understanding of AML regulation or RegTech SaaS solutions
*
Skilled at objection handling and resolving escalations with diplomacy
*
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
*
A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and continuous learning
