Job Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic individual to lead on marketing and development at the Brontë Parsonage Museum in Haworth, West Yorkshire.
Responsibilities
1. Driving visitor numbers and maximising revenue from ticket sales, retail, donations, membership subscriptions, and fundraising initiatives.
2. Working closely with the Digital Engagement Officer to develop new and existing audiences by increasing reach, deepening engagement, and instilling loyalty.
3. Ensuring the effective use of new website, CRM, ticketing, and ecommerce systems.
Qualifications
Experience with Spektrix, Shopify or similar platforms will be an advantage.
