What you'll do
1. You will be accountable for a dedicated seller portfolio.
2. Grow the revenue of your portfolio by upselling Anka’s different solutions: Anka Shipping, Anka Pay, and Anka Marketplace.
3. Reply within the required response time and qualitatively to the sellers on your portfolio.
4. Conduct bi-weekly webinars.
What you bring
1. 3-5 years proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Sales for high-value customers.
2. Familiarity with working with a CRM (Intercom, Salesforce, etc.).
3. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken in English and French).
4. Strong knowledge of working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
5. Data-driven mindset with the ability to manipulate and translate data to guide decision-making.
6. Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, preferably with experience in a startup.
7. Willingness to take initiative and roll up your sleeves.

2. Take-home technical test.
3. HM Interview: 45-minute discussion.
4. Kadry: 30-minute interview with Kadry, our COO, to discuss company goals and your career aspirations.
