Qualifications About you You will have: · Proven retail experience at Advisor or above level, preferably within beauty · The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service · Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed · A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets · Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation · Flexible availability across days/hours.
