The Role
Job Title: Tenancy Support Worker
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
We are looking for a Tenancy Support Worker who is committed to providing quality housing related support for people living in our dispersed housing. You will work alongside people, helping them to fulfil their potential and be part of the community they live in, and feel connected to society.
You will visit people in their home, within a community setting linking them in with services such as mental health and substance misuse agencies, provide support with paying bills and offering guidance in all things tenancy related. You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals.
We are seeking passionate individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and dynamic, solutions focused and have a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives. Experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
