Small Works, Big Impact Are you ready to move off the tools and take the next step in your career? If you're looking to transition into role where you can lead projects, supervise teams, and apply your hands-on experience in a more hands off way, this is the perfect opportunity for you. What you'll be doing. You'll have experience supervising small works projects and a strong knowledge of building trades, with the ability to lead teams, juggle tasks, and prioritise workflows in high-pressure situations. You'll be detail-oriented, health and safety conscious, and able to manage customers, suppliers, and a mobile workforce. A full UK driving licence is needed, as the role involves frequent travel across the South West. And a willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check is also required. Who are Sherwoods?
