Summary
Assist with reception duties including answering the telephone and dealing with visitors.
Maintenance of manual and computerized records, including records of free school meals and registers.
Responsible for school administrative activities including the administration of financial processes and annual review paperwork.
Production of regular management information, including financial data and assist in the production of reports for the senior leadership team.
This will be an exciting opportunity for someone with good communication, organisational and time-management skills and an interest in IT.

Essential Qualifications
* GCSE A-C / Grade 4 or Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics
Essential Experience
* Experience of working in a school office or similar environment.
* Experience of using software packages.

* Experience of Administrative work (Sims, FMS)
