Are you a passionate hospitality professional with a proven track record in hotel front office operations? We are recruiting on behalf of a stunning, independent 4-star luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Central London. This is a rare opportunity to lead a dedicated front office team in a beautifully designed property known for its impeccable service and elegant charm.
As Reception Manager, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure. Reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk, driving team performance, and maintaining the highest standards of guest service.
* Lead, mentor and inspire a small front desk team to consistently exceed guest expectation
* Ensure efficient check-in/out procedures and effective handling of guest queries
* Maintain full knowledge and daily use of Opera Cloud PMS
* Collaborate closely with housekeeping and F&B to ensure a cohesive guest experience
* Drive revenue through upsells and incentive schemes
* Monitor and manage front office costs, rotas, and performance metrics
Requirements
* Hotel Reception Management experience is essential - only candidates coming from Hotel Reception background will be considered
* Proven experience leading or supervising a reception/front desk team
* A natural leader with excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
* Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and always guest-centric
Package
* Competitive salary of £35,000 per year for 40 hours per week
* Performance bonus of £200 per month
