As an Executive Assistant you will be: Maintaining an accurate and detailed calendar for COO, managing and logging incoming scheduling requests, re-schedule meetings upon request, proactively communicating changes, and anticipating and responding to scheduling conflicts Tracking COO’s tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritisation of projects with respect to deadlines and organisational developments Organising internal and external meetings for COO, including logistical and substantive preparation Managing all travel scheduling and arrangements Tracking and reconciling monthly credit card statements and complete and submit expense reports in a timely manner Conducting preliminary research on a variety of topics; draft materials as needed Establishing and maintaining efficient office systems and ensuring the provision of a full secretarial and administrative service for the Chief Operating Officer Coordinating reports for submission to various external and internal bodies Travel and accommodation arrangements.
