We are looking for a Customer Services Team Lead (permanent contract) to join our Customer Service Team!
About the Job
As a Team Lead, reporting into one of our Team Managers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the department.
You will manage workflow distribution throughout the day, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately whilst ensuring customers are supported across all of the channels.
Leading from the front you will be a true role model for customer experience across all channels and will inspire and develop the team of consultants, to ensure our customers consistently receive the exceptionally high level of service that lies at the heart of Bravissimo.
You will hold effective and regular 121s with the team, to not only motivate and inspire your team, but to also celebrate success and drive engagement and wellbeing. You will play a key part in creating an environment for the team so that they are engaged and living the values through their actions and behaviours.
Supporting the training assistant with the planning and delivery of training to the existing team along with training for new starters, you will identify future potential and work together to succession plan for the future by developing and retaining the team.
Collaborating effectively with the wider business, continually building strong working relationships with teams in all areas including Warehouse, Shops, Brand and Product, you will provide feedback, ask questions to better understand how these areas link to your role and your team, to ultimately drive performance and customer experience.
