Criteria
1. Experience of working within an SEN setting.
2. Full UK Driving Licence & Access to your own car.
3. Fully funded Teaching Assistant Training.
4. A recognised qualification at Level 2 above desirable.
5. Passionate about working with young people is essential.
6. The ability to build trust with the young people as well as a fantastic advocate.

Duties
You will work 1:1 with children and support their learning and general well-being in the classroom and ensure that every opportunity is available to reach their full potential. You will work in a caring, professional, and supportive manner so that the children feel safe and enjoy their learning experience. You will also support them with care needs at times as well as positive behaviour support, adopting an individualised approach to each child.
You will support the Class Teacher to enable them to provide a high quality, challenging and engaging educational activities alongside a broad-spectrum curriculum.
