Talent Coordinator
London (Mostly Remote)
£28,000 - £32,000 DOE
As a Talent Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our clients talent team and ensuring their clients receive top-notch service. You’ll assist in managing the day-to-day needs of their roster of digital and unscripted talent, handling everything from coordinating opportunities to maintaining strong relationships with both clients and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for talent, addressing inquiries, scheduling meetings, and managing their calendars
* Assist in organizing and executing brand partnerships, appearances, content production, and other client opportunities
* Manage contracts, invoices, and payments while ensuring all processes run smoothly
* Coordinate logistics for client appearances, panels, shoots, and other public engagements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, networks, platforms, and production teams to identify and secure opportunities for our clients
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in talent management
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to review, draft, and negotiate contracts, ensuring all terms align with the best interests of the client and the agency
