About The Role
To be considered for the position of Registered Manager there are some MUST haves:
* 2 years of experience managing a Children’s Home
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
* Experience of running an Ofsted regulated service
* Experience with Learning Disabilities (LD)
* A willingness to undertake all necessary onboarding checks to include a DBS
* Commitment to working in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people
This is an exciting opportunity to support the local community as we are opening a new service in Luton, comprising two properties next to each other: one residential home and one respite/short breaks service. We are very open to ideas on how we can make this work for you.
