Site Manager - Cardiff
We have a new requirement for a Site Manager for an 8 week project in Cardiff.
The role is with a leading main contractor and involves the upgrade of a PAVA system (Public Address/Voice Alarm). There will be up to 3 sub-contractors on site, and the work will primarily be during the day, though there may be a few night shifts. Fit Out/Refurb experience in a live environment is essential.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Black CSCS, SMSTS, and 1st Aid certifications are a must.
2. You will be the sole manager on the project, responsible for the day-to-day running of the job, all reporting, and paperwork.
3. Competent IT skills are required.
There is a good possibility of follow-on projects.
