As the Head of Governance and Compliance, you will lead and enable a multidisciplinary team with a wide remit, supporting the effective operation of the Charity. The Governance and Compliance Team enables the Charity to comply with all its regulatory and statutory obligations; supervises assurance of that work; and shapes and oversees our risk management framework. The team also ensures our Board of Trustees and sub-committees are supported to run effectively.
* Do you have significant experience in governance, compliance and risk management, ideally in a charity or not-for-profit setting?
* Are you a strong communicator, able to engage and work closely with senior leaders, Board members and operational teams?
* Are you an enterprising and capable leader with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment?
* Can you build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels and across different functions?

Salary Package (£): 53,354.70
Compensation & Benefits: Employees based in London will receive £3000 London Weighting Allowance in addition to the advertised salary package. Advertised Salary, London Weighting Allowance and Annual Leave entitlement are FTE. They will be pro-rata'd for part time and fixed term positions.
