Job Description Registered Service Manager - Residential Care Salary: Up to £39,000 We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Registered Service Manager to lead a small residential care service. The ideal candidate will have a background in Health & Social Care, with experience in Home Management within a residential setting. As the Registered Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care, managing budgets, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for both staff and residents. What We’re Looking For Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Significant experience in care team management or supervisory/management roles within residential care. Strong people and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. In-depth understanding of financial data and budget management. Previous CQC registration experience.
