Our prestigious client based in Reading is currently recruiting for a part-time Sales Administrator to join their team. The role is to provide administration support to all areas of the business, so a flexible approach to work is essential.
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 25 hours per week
Location: Reading, office based
Salary: £18k - £18,850 per annum (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
1. Support and assist the sales and marketing teams in all aspects of their roles
2. Log and distribute all incoming sales enquiries on Salesforce
3. Collate sales documentation including: Sales/Maintenance/Lease agreements, Purchase Orders, etc using SharePoint
4. Communicate orders to the business daily
5. Generate weekly sales results
6. General Sales database administration, including updating customer address, contact and phone number details
7. Daily order processing, raising PO's and invoices to suppliers and customers
8. Answer telephones promptly
9. Opening, processing, and distributing post
10. Daily scanning and data input processing
11. General Administration duties as and when required
Qualifications:
1. Effective communication both oral and written
2. Professional, hardworking, and reliable
3. Excellent attention to detail and understanding of sales processes
4. Ability to stay calm under pressure
5. Good problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
6. Methodical, thorough and positive approach to work
7. Good at multitasking and prioritising where required
8. Full PC literacy on Microsoft software packages
9. CRM Experience, preferably Salesforce
