Senior Property Manager

Our client, driven by exciting partnerships within the luxury living space, is looking for a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of their own portfolio. With fresh leadership steering the agency and a commitment to providing a full end-to-end service for landlord investors, this is your chance to shape a role in a company that values service above all and has ambitious plans for their certain growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with landlords in a way that reflects the high-level service.
2. Arrange, carry out, and follow up on snagging reports for our new-build properties.
3. Ensure that we have a suitable number of key sets for tenants and manage any new properties.
4. All work is mainly office-based; other tasks are outsourced such as check-ins, inventory checks, etc.
5. Organise and recommend maintenance works, including new build snagging and defects management.
6. Make regular 'check-in' calls with landlords.
7. Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers and landlords.
8. Renew and negotiate tenancy agreements.
9. Deal with deposit apportionments.
10. Manage a smaller portfolio of up to 100 properties.
11. Take responsibility for 'key client' portfolios.
12. Lead and coach a small team.
What We're Looking For:
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy lettings/property management office.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
3. Experience with property lettings software (Reapit / Goodlord / Fixflo are desirable).
4. Exceptional customer service skills and strong organisational skills.
5. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
6. A naturally upbeat and positive person with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
7. ARLA qualification is desirable.
