The LOF Group, a Peterborough based office furniture group company – Ecommerce Marketing Manager, £30k – £40k pa, depending on experience.

The LOF Group is the umbrella company for LOF Office Furniture and Plann:d Office Interior Design. LOF Office Furniture is a long-standing family run company that sells refurbished office furniture with an extensive ecommerce store. This brand has been running for over 50 years and is a UK leader in used office furniture. We are currently in a transition period to LOF Group that also contains an office interior design brand, Plann:d.
Plann:d is a separate brand to LOF Office Furniture, offering high-end office furniture procurement and full space planning services created by our in-house office designer. The LOF Group brands are a fast-growing ambitious business, working in the private sector from SME to corporate with over 4000+ established customers.
We are seeking an experienced ecommerce marketer who is looking to be part of an aggressive growth plan. The primary focus is to drive growth through our ecommerce store of used office furniture and develop the marketing for our younger Plann:d brand. A growth mindset is paramount for this role, as the candidate will have the opportunity to develop their marketing skills beyond ecommerce. A positive attitude and a team player will be key, who wants to be part of something where they can make a difference.
Key Responsibilities –
1. Oversee 1x ecommerce store and 2x informational websites.
2. Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including social media, PPC, SEO, and other digital campaigns.
3. Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and spend tracking.
4. Manage email marketing campaigns, from design and segmentation to deployment and analysis.
5. Use performance data (traffic, sales, conversion rates) to inform decisions and optimize results, presenting to senior management.
6. Enhance site usability, mobile optimization, and personalization to improve the customer journey.
7. Build, identify and execute new digital opportunities for the group websites through multiple digital channels.
8. Identify partnership opportunities.
