Salary: Grade 6 SCP 1924, Actual Salary £26,958-£29,776 (£31,067- £34,314 FTE)
Term of Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Term Time plus one week (TTO + 5 days)
Hours per week: Full Time (37 hours per week) 7am-3pm
Start date: As soon as possible

St. Cuthbert’s RC High School is looking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Catering Manager to lead our catering team and deliver a high-quality food service to our school community.

We are seeking an individual who has:
* Relevant qualifications, including NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Catering, and a Basic Certificate in Food Hygiene.
* Proven experience in a senior catering position, ideally within a large-scale establishment, with the ability to manage operations within budgetary targets.
* Strong leadership skills, including the ability to supervise, train, and motivate a large team.
* Comprehensive knowledge of menu planning, costings, food safety regulations (HACCP and COSHH), and quality assurance procedures.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organisational abilities.
* A commitment to safeguarding, equality and diversity, and supporting the Catholic ethos of our Trust.
