Project Engineer: Jira, Insurance, SME Project Engineer required to join an IT Service Provider to manage & maintain the Jira administration for a leading Financial Services organisation. A true SME is required here, as the business aims to implement advanced features within Jira Software & Service Management processes. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless service management and requires an absolute specialist mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Jira Service Management, leveraging Atlassian AI, and integrating MS Teams to enhance our operations. This is a 6 month Outside IR35 contract with a day rate of £450p/d - £550p/d. This role is 5 days onsite in London based office. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Jira Service Management to support business workflows. Implement and optimize advanced features within Jira. Leverage Atlassian AI to improve service management processes. Integrate Jira with MS Teams for enhanced collaboration and efficiency. Provide expert guidance and support to team members on Jira best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Jira Specialist, with a strong focus on service management. Extensive experience with Atlassian AI and MS Teams integration. Demonstrated ability to implement advanced features within Jira. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
