Protocol are working closely with a further education college based in Birkenhead to help recruit for a Carpentry & Joinery Lecturer/Assessor.
The role;
1. Up to £42,174 per annum
2. 35 hours per week
3. Permanent contract
4. To carry out formal scheduled teaching.
5. To act as a personal tutor to a group/s of students.
6. To develop and prepare learning and assessment materials, current to industry.
Have you got what it takes?
7. Hold a teaching or training qualification, e.g. Level 3 Award in Education & Training or PTLLS or be willing to work towards within 12 months.
8. Hold a vocational qualification minimum level 3 in Carpentry/Joinery e.g. NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Advanced Craft (or equivalent) and recognised Carpentry/Joinery qualifications.
9. Recent and relevant industry/occupational work/training experience.
