What we need from you as an experienced Chef: Experience working in a Rosette or Michelin star kitchen is essential Experience managing a small team of kitchen staff Can run a section in the kitchen, efficiently Committed and able to work as part of a team Excellent communication skills Hold a UK Driving Licence What the role involves: Managing a small kitchen team Running your own section in the kitchen Always keeping the kitchen clean and tidy Be responsible for adhering to Food Hygiene and Food Safety guidelines Maintaining the high standards of working Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per year, plus Tronc £4,000. Hours: Working Thursday to Sunday. 50-55 hours per week.
