Based in Hull, East Yorkshire | £120,000-£140,000 + Benefits

This is a pivotal role, which will lead production across its state-of-the-art manufacturing operations.

About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Management Team, you’ll lead high-volume, complex manufacturing across three product areas:
Holiday Homes – Static caravans & lodges
Touring Caravans – Innovative, premium caravans
Motorhomes – Modern, high-quality vehicles
Working alongside Operational leads in Logistics, Engineering and Product design you’ll embed process discipline, drive performance, and lead transformational change, ensuring production, quality, and materials flow work seamlessly together.
