PCW Customer Journey Governance Associate - £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on location)
Our new colleague will support our Price Comparison Website (PCW) Customer Journey team in handling the sign-off processes for our Motor and Home journeys (Aviva Online and Quote Me Happy) across all distribution channels. Your role involves ensuring that these journeys remain approved by relevant teams at Aviva and updating sign-offs to align with the latest versions of each journey. Additionally, you’ll identify and raise any essential changes to meet regulatory outcomes. Strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders are important to successfully delivering these outcomes.

A bit about the job:
This role focuses on running the approval and sign-off process for customer journeys, ensuring they are accurately captured and uploaded to Aprimo. Key responsibilities include:
1. Specifying requirements for journey changes
2. Working with the delivery team to implement updates
3. Addressing any risk events
4. Supporting the approval of journey changes
5. Identifying areas for process improvement
6. Meeting re-authorization deadlines
The position requires adherence to regulatory standards and protecting brand values by obtaining necessary stakeholder sign-offs.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* An understanding of the General Insurance market, specifically Car & Home insurance
* A good attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft packages such as PowerPoint
* You thrive in a fast-paced work environment, working towards multiple deadlines at once with independent self-direction
* Ability to develop good relationships and work effectively across multiple teams – both business and IT teams
What you’ll get for this role:
* Starting salary £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
* Bonus opportunity – 8% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
