We're excited to announce that we're looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Team Leader to join the Examinations Team. This is an amazing opportunity for a highly organised individual, who has an attention to detail, problem solving skills, good customer service and excellent communication skills. Whether you have a strong Team Leading background and eager to learn about the examinations system, or you already have examinations experience and looking to develop your team leading skills, we want to hear from you!
The Examinations Team has the responsibility of ensuring that all Awarding Organisation regulations are adhered to, meet strict deadlines, and ensure that our learners are given the best examination experience to enable them to fulfil their full potential.
This role is vital to support the smooth running of the Examinations Team, which can be a fast paced working environment, ensuring that the team are effective in their role, regulatory responsibilities are met and training provided as required across the college. It is essential to work collaboratively with cross college colleagues, learners, parents and external partners.
