This is a permanent part-time position offering 12 hours per week, based in the H&M Redhill store in the Belfry Shopping Centre.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Advisor, you are responsible for always putting our customers first while creating an exceptional shopping experience in-store. Together with a great team, you contribute to the sales and profit in your store and share product and fashion knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspire our customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities.
2. Deliver a great customer experience that contributes to the sales and profit goals of your store.
3. Give and receive honest feedback to support your own development and your colleague’s development.
4. Follow health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of all our colleagues and customers.

Additional Information:
Availability is 2-3 days, fully flexible, including weekends. Unfortunately, this position does not offer sponsorship under the skilled worker route.
