Customer Relationship Management Executive
I have an exciting opportunity for a Senior CRM Executive to join a family-run organisation that specializes in its field and operates nationally and internationally.
THE ROLE
As a Senior CRM Executive, you will collaborate directly with the directors to develop CRM strategies and take the lead in executing CRM initiatives across web and email.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Prior experience in a Senior CRM Exec position within retail or ecommerce.
* Experience with ESPs (Email Service Provider) - Ometria and Mailchimp are preferred but open to alternatives.
